2. Intellectual Property & 100% Free Commercial License

All color palettes, harmony coordinate sets, hex scales, OKLCH conversion values, Tailwind CSS code snippets, and design tokens generated through UI Wheel are released under a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license for both personal and commercial use.

You retain 100% ownership of any software applications, websites, graphic assets, brand identities, or design systems you construct utilizing palettes derived from UI Wheel. No attribution, credit link, or licensing fee is required.

The proprietary UI Wheel website interface, branding, custom SVG color wheel rendering engines, interactive algorithms, and educational literature remain the intellectual property of UI Wheel and may not be cloned, framed, or resold as a competing tool without explicit prior written authorization.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

UI Wheel is designed for software engineers, digital product designers, creative directors, and students. You agree not to:

• Engage in aggressive automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or computational attacks that overload site infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass client-side security boundaries or inject malicious code via browser session manipulation.
• Misrepresent palettes generated by third-party systems as certified medical or optical accessibility guarantees.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or web governance standards.

4. Color Accuracy & Accessibility Disclaimers

While UI Wheel implements rigorous mathematical formulations according to W3C WCAG 2.1 specifications (Relative Luminance formula: L = 0.2126*R + 0.7152*G + 0.0722*B) and standard CIE chromaticity models:

Colors render differently depending on individual client monitor calibration, ambient lighting, display hardware (OLED vs. IPS vs. TN), browser color management engines, and operating system HDR settings. UI Wheel makes no warranty that a palette satisfying WCAG 2.1 AA mathematically on your screen will guarantee legal accessibility compliance in all physical environments or under all assistive technologies. Always conduct real-world user testing on target production devices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all materials, tools, calculators, and documentation are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that UI Wheel will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free of software errors, or that defects will be instantly corrected.
